Project Drama [Part 33]Project Drama [Part 33] Recap: I was flawless. Bethany’s P.O.V (continue) “How’d she get so skinny?” Emily asked obviously dazed. “You didn’t give her surgery did you? Liposuction?” Blair rolled her eyes shaking her head. Claire smiled (I have never seen her smile a genuine smile), “That reminds me! We have to get you boyfriend!” Blair, Rheagan and Rayna nodded their head robotically. “You will need a boyfriend.” Then Emily took a moment and finally nodded her head. “There is a wide assortment of boys at Madsen,” Blair told me knowingly. “But you are one of us now so most of them don’t even matter. I was thinking about the two new guys from Oklahoma and somewhere else…they look like a perfect chance because they’re brand new almost a prize.” Her glassy voice trailed on. Claire and Emily exchanged a tortured sort of glances I could not quite understand but Emily stopped me from speaking and spoke quickly, “I don’t think Tyson and Spencer are the best choices.” “Well, that Tyson guy was pretty hot,” Rayna, agreed with Blair quickly. “We all have the same class with both of them.” Rheagan started to agree. Which I did not understand so much because she did not like her twin sister Rayna at all that much. “Beth do you know where Blair-,” the moment I was most curious about. What did Gerard think of my new look? “You guys have a new friend? Where is Beth and Jess?” His eyes looked at me blankly but I think he was talking to Blair. His mouth hung wide open and his arms snapped down to his side with his cell phone in hand. Blair smiled instantly knowing she did a great job. “Look away from this masterpiece that’ll clearly blow your mind, here I shall show you the brand new Bethany.” His jaw clung up and his cell phone dropped abruptly. “Bethany? Do you mean Beth? Beth Claireson?” Blair rolled her eyes frantically searching his confused, dazed expression and then she nodded her head. “Beth?” She sighed. “Bethany…you changed her.” Then Gerard looked down figuring this out quietly whispering to himself. “Where’s Jessica?” He repeated again. “We got rid of her.” Rayna’s P.O.V “Dad please do not listen to her petty attempts at stealing your cash.” Rheagan spoke clearing her throat violently and quietly signed holding up a musky newspaper flyer. I rolled my eyes at Rheagan turned toward our dad Anderson and said, “Well, father, it’s not stealing. I mean it’s quite horrible, I just moved back to Newport and already were having problems with jealously issues because clearly, I am the one who needs this money most of all.” Most of it was a lie. Nevertheless, Anderson did not understand that. “Sweethearts, please do not fight. It disappoints me.” He said shuffling papers. “Now I have to fly to Japan in about an hour so Preston will be driving you and your supervisor.” “But Dad you promised-,” Rheagan started. Nevertheless, Anderson interrupted abruptly, “No buts, now your mother should be boarding the plane right now she’s going to Los Angeles for a spa treatment sort of thing and don’t worry Preston is in charge.” “But-,” He held up his finger to shush her and continued, “Your credit cards on the table. I got two new platinum ones and do not do anything your mother or I would not do. Now bye, sweethearts and tell your mother I love her too,” he kissed the top of our heads. “Oh and, you two birdies better not skip the Mexico trip in your English class. I talked to Ms. Adams and I will like to see passing grades on your exams in a couple of months. So anyways, like I said do not do anything your mother or I would not do. I love you two ever so much.” Moreover, he flung out the door. I got up quickly from the counter chair and grabbed Anderson is platinum leaving Rheagan to grab our moms. “Okay so we should start the party at about like seven tonight. Can you hire someone to keep Preston occupied?” “No, Rayna! We are not throwing some kind of party. Patrick’s coming over tonight and watching movies with me were not having some big party!” She snapped. I rolled my eyes. “Can you lighten up a little? Our parents are both out of town at the same time and all we have to babysit us is a stupid butler that cannot even speak English! Grandmother, is back in Sacramento. Besides, who cares about that nerdy little dork anyway? What is he in band or something?” “He can speak English he’s just Mexican you idiot! Well, it just so happens I care about that dork.” She sighed heavily her face turning a violent tone of magenta. “Whatever,” I said uselessly, “I’ll just throw a party at the hotel. I am going shopping right away, Emily’s coming to pick me up with Blair, Claire and Bethany. So yeah, cover for me.” I walked out slamming the door before I could hear her peep something unreasonable. * “See,” Emm, pointed quickly, “those are both of the new kids!” Everyone turned including me to see the two odd-looking boys from Oklahoma and North Carolina. “That one, Tyson, from Oklahoma he doesn’t seem like he likes me. Everybody likes me.” Blair rolled her eyes and giggled. “Oh chill out, Emm, you’re right everybody does like you. So why wouldn’t he like you? You just can’t make exceptions like that so quickly.” Claire looked over furiously at that kid from North Carolina. “Yeah, I don’t know I agree with Emm. Spencer does not seem to like me either and he pushes over my books all the time. Like he even makes me pick them up! Bitch.” I laughed uselessly picking at my salad. “Well, why don’t you invite them to our party tonight?” I said acknowledging Rheagan who sat beside me pissed off. Emm and Claire shook their heads quickly. “Ok, I will then.” I got up from my seat and I heard their useless, ‘please don’ts’ but I ignored them walking over to the two boys who laughed looking at the group of my girls. “Hey you guys are the new kids right at Madsen High?” They both nodded their heads still laughing. “Cool. Want to come to my party tonight at the Harrison Hotel?” Tyson laughed and looked like he was about to open his mouth to say something negative but Spencer interrupted him before Tyson could say anything, “Yeah, we will. When is it?” I grabbed a note through my purse that gives them all the information. “See yeah,” I said casually walking away back to the group. “Okay so yeah, they’re coming.” Emm and Claire exchanged worriedly glances. * “You know what the best part about this party is?” I told Bethany as she awkwardly drank her punch. “Everybody can run up to their own hotel room and I don’t have to clean it up.” She spit out her drink giving a ‘ewe’ face as he lips curled down and ran away from me. I smirked. She was wearing Emily’s P.O.V I sat down miserably in the big penthouse suite. Rayna got one for Bethany, Blair, Claire, Rheagan, Nicole (some girl Rheagan insisted to bring), her and mine. Nevertheless, it was obvious none of them were coming back to it. Rheagan and James were getting very close. Therefore, I would not be surprised if she did not come back to the hotel room. Breaking up with Joe was the worst idea ever. “We brought some people for you, Emm,” Blair and Rayna came in. “Some for Claire too because she was worrying we’d leave you two in the penthouse suite alone. Like that would happen. Rheagan might come back…but James ended up coming so we have no idea. Plus Beth will be with somebody.” Two tall skinny people came behind Blair and Rayna. I saw the two new people. Spencer and Tyson. I felt excessively uncomfortable around Tyson. For Claire it was vice versa. A shy, struggling Claire came behind Spencer giving me the most frightening look ever and I exchanged it with the same. For some strange reason we were afraid of them. The only people who stood up to us. She said Spencer was the same way to her as Tyson was to me. “We thought these two would be the best fit,” Blair said with a wink and Rayna laughed. I rolled my eyes. Tyson caught it and laughed, “Why don’t you go have some alcohol, dear?” My face went more serious then it was already. “Oh did I catch you at a bad moment?” Spencer chuckled. Claire sighed leaving the room and Spencer mumbled something I could not quite get and followed along behind her. “You’re intimidated by me,” he told me and did a low chuckle. There was no denying the tremble in my eyes and I quickly nodded before he could carry on. “Isn’t that a surprise? I’ve heard around the gossip in Newport…and you and your posse are, I hear, the most popular thing at Madsen?” “Well, isn’t that exactly your intention?” I finally spoke my voice like ice not bothering to answer the second question. He chuckled again. “Isn’t that everyone’s intentions? However, they are too much of coward. But I don’t see anything to be scared about.” It looked like he could see right through me. He spun away from me observing the hotel suite. “I’m not scared of you.” Tyson’s words depended and he meant exactly that. “I don’t know how somebody could. How do you manipulate them?” “I don’t,” I replied uselessly. “They just are because I’m friends with Blair and Claire. They’re the manipulative ones.” He would laugh in the background and it started to get my mad and I finally burst, “I am just in the background, ok!” He nodded his smirk fading. “Uh,” he said his voice awkward, “Never mind, just never mind.” He got up from the bed he was sitting on and spoke fastly, “Why don’t we go get a drink?” “Now you sound hypocritical.” I told him with a smirk. Tyson chuckled. “Is that a yes?” I mumbled a low and unappreciative, ‘fine.’ Honestly, that was the only time I would have ever said yes to anyone who was the biggest jerk of all time. * My voice slurred when I spoke and everyone blurred. Tyson had his arms around me and all I could see were dinosaurs. His laugh sounded different and non-obedient and for one thing, even though my thoughts were very blurred, I did not like it – not one bit. He grabbed my wrist tightly and sprung me through the dance floor, taking me to the side nibbling on my neck. Nevertheless, I did not want to stop doing that. When we hit the floor the elevators I beeped the buttons repeatedly and he chuckled. “Let me help you,” he said pulling his hand down but his hand did not go for the elevator button and more went on the lanes of my body. When the door opened you could see (I swore it was) the math club coming out but then more geeks went in. “Screw this,” he spoke kissing me more violently and grabbed me closer to him and we opened the door taking the stairway. That was much more difficult than I expected for when you are drunk. However, Tyson was very in control for a drunk and ended up picking me up bridal style running down the stairs. We did not go into the hotel suite that I shared with Claire, Rheagan, Blair, or Bethany. I guess Tyson had connections somehow also. - Okay, did say I was drunk? No, I clearly was not and he was not either. This is how it really happened: FLASHBACK I looked at him annoyingly and he rolled his eyes with the same smirk as he sat on the barstool, “Do you want me to buy you some tequila shots?” He asked and I sighed. He chuckled. “Two tequila shots,” he told the waiter and laughed turning me around the barstool so he could have a look at me. “Like what you see?” I told him. My grin I intended to wear did not come and I had an annoyed expression on my face, I could feel it. Tyson chuckled his clock-as voice spoke, “No, I was just seeing how much brain damage you have.” I punched him in the shoulder and he chuckled even more. The bartender gave us the two shots and handed her one, I shook her head. He left his hand out and I grabbed my hand placing it in it. “Just one?” Tyson pleaded and I downed it beforeheI could say anything else. “How many shots does it take to get your drunk?” “Are you trying to get me drunk?” I wondered with his smirk. He nodded his head and admitted, “Yeah,” I sighed. “I want to see how drunk you can get.” Seriously, Emily, you are first class and he is acting as if he is scared of you. My conscience set in my mind. “That’s the only shot I’m having,” I told him truthfully. “I seriously, don’t want to get drunk because well, I NEVER DO!” Tyson’s face went solemn. “Uh…want to dance?” However, he did not wait for me to answer he quickly picked me up and dropped me off at the middle of the dance floor I could hear Shwayze with Shad playing Corona and Lime. He started singing a little embarrassed of knowing the lyrics, “Baby will you be my Corona and Lime?”
